Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out specified interventions and programs under the direct supervision of a qualified clinician.
  • Report progress, concerns, and changes of patients during the implementation of planned interventions and programs.
  • Work with individuals in various settings appropriate to their needs.
  • Keep up-to-date patient records of interventions.
  • Know and follow the lone working policy.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, monitoring, and loan of equipment, maintaining its security at all times and keeping accurate records as required.
  • Order and manage stock control of materials and equipment as required.
  • Support administrative and housekeeping duties as required.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
  • NVQ3 or equivalent in a care-related subject.
