About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Therapy Assistant to join our community therapy team based in Northwich. The successful candidate will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants, to provide high-quality assessment, intervention, and patient-centered care to individuals in their homes across the Northwich area.
Main Responsibilities
- To carry out specified interventions and programs under the direct supervision of a qualified clinician.
- To report progress, concerns, and changes of patients during the implementation of planned interventions and programs.
- To work with individuals in various settings appropriate to their needs.
- To maintain accurate patient records of interventions.
