Position Overview:
Clear IT Recruitment is looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer to enhance their team.
We are a dynamic and growing legal practice dedicated to delivering exceptional employment law solutions.
Our firm provides comprehensive legal counsel to both employees and employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a seasoned employment lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client objectives, demonstrate strategic planning capabilities, and apply legal principles with precision.
Candidates should have a solid grasp of the following areas of law:
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Redundancy
  • Whistleblowing
  • Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE)

Essential Skills:
The successful applicant will exhibit:
  • Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft 365, Clio, or equivalent software
  • Experience in preparing ET1, ET3, particulars of claim, and grounds of resistance
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clients are kept informed throughout the process
  • Ability to provide transparent fee information to assist clients in managing their expenses
