We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team in a challenging role that involves delivering a highly commercial sourcing service. Our goal is to create opportunities for rehousing within the private rented sector at a significant scale to assist in the prevention of homelessness.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality frontline service to citizens and engaging with landlords and agents to create availability of suitable private rental accommodation, including temporary and long-term housing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality frontline service to citizens
  • Engage with landlords and agents to create availability of suitable private rental accommodation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from our Housing Options Service to prevent homelessness for households in crisis
  • Forge stronger links with private sector landlords and agents
