Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Valuer/Lister to join our team at Countrywide Scotland. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
