Facilitate bookings for Fleet Clients within Autocentres and coordinate the dispatch of Mobile Technicians.
WORK ENVIRONMENTOperating from our Fleet Support Centre, you will report directly to the Fleet Contact Centre Manager. Your role will involve scheduling Mechanical and Tyre services for our fleet VIP clients into Autocentres and managing the dispatch of Mobile Technicians. You will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet business clients receive outstanding service by collaborating with technicians and Centre managers, while also supporting the account management team with regular inquiries. Your contribution is essential in this significant aspect of our expanding fleet operations.
PRIMARY DUTIESTo efficiently manage bookings in a precise and timely manner, working on a shift basis between 6 am and 8 pm (Monday to Sunday), including but not limited to:
Delivering exceptional customer serviceHandling incoming phone callsResponding to emailsConducting accurate data entryResolving client inquiriesUpdating booking statuses across various customer platformsCollaborating with operational teamsEngaging with the account management team ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements
Prior experience in customer serviceBasic understanding of the Microsoft Office suiteStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAdaptable and flexiblePositive attitudeResilient and determinedSelf-drivenEnthusiastic and eager to learnCurious mindsetAttention to detailSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre settingProficient keyboard skillsKPI-orientedKnowledge of the industry is advantageous
