Key Responsibilities

1. **Supplier Negotiation**: Engage with suppliers to negotiate pricing and availability, ensuring the best terms for our organization.
2. **Order Management**: Accurately process orders in our ERP system, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with stakeholders.
3. **Product Development**: Collaborate with the sales team on new product initiatives and provide necessary pricing calculations.
4. **Market Analysis**: Monitor trends in raw material and currency pricing, keeping the team informed of potential impacts on costs.
5. **Supplier Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement is essential.
- Familiarity with international trade practices is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills are required for complex pricing calculations.

Order Processing Duties
