Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day processes of Dock to Stock within Glenrothes/Livingston.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately handle and place materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
- Update computer stock records to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Allocate materials for production use, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Adhere to company safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Follow and adhere to local working procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Liaise with various functions on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve on-time delivery (OTD) to our customers, meeting their expectations.
- Generate certificates of compliance (CofC) and packing lists for our customers.
- Verify all products received are correct and in accordance with our receiving standards.
- Arrange and liaise with designated couriers for uplifts from site (domestic).
Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies and other issues.
- Support overtime if required, demonstrating a commitment to meeting business needs.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks.
- Forklift operation skills, if applicable.
