Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Bosch Rexroth. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Shortages: Review and expedite material shortages to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Scheduling and Forecasting: Schedule and forecast material demands to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Inventory Management: Project work for inventory reduction measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Management: Attend and contribute to supplier meetings to build strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Range Reviews and Data Tracking: Conduct range reviews, track data, and compare prices to ensure optimal pricing and inventory levels.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, set up new lines, transfer stock, and answer calls and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Project work for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Logistics Planning: Ensure all new ramp-ups are planned and machining programs are processed in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.
  • Logistics Issues: Process concessions for logistics issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices related to logistics services in a timely and accurate manner.
  • SAP Master Data Management: Maintain SAP Master Data (TLV, Material Master) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Supplier Packaging Instructions: Maintain supplier packaging instructions to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree: Relevant degree in a similar or related subject field.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate in Excel, Word, MS Project, Primavera, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Team Player: Be a team player who demonstrates a high level of initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiasm and Flexibility: Show enthusiasm and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
  • SAP Experience: SAP experience would be beneficial but not required.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
