Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Management: Review and expedite material shortages to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Scheduling and Forecasting: Schedule and forecast material demands to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Inventory Optimization: Project work for inventory reduction measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Management: Attend and contribute to supplier meetings to build strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Range Reviews and Data Tracking: Conduct range reviews and track data to ensure accurate pricing and inventory levels.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and manage data to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Process Improvement: Project work for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Logistics Planning: Ensure all new ramp-ups are planned and machining programs are processed in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.
  • Logistics Issue Resolution: Process concessions for logistics issues to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices related to logistics services to ensure accurate payment and minimize errors.
  • SAP Master Data Management: Maintain SAP Master Data (TLV, Material Master) to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize errors.
  • Supplier Packaging Instructions: Maintain supplier packaging instructions to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree in a similar or related subject field.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate in Excel, Word, MS Project, Primavera, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Flexibility, adaptability, strong communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, team player with high initiative, enthusiastic and flexible approach with a willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience: SAP experience would be beneficial, industry experience is beneficial.
  • Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
