We are a family-owned business with over 100 years of experience in providing exceptional holiday experiences to our guests. Our Nineteen holiday parks, luxury hotels, and restaurants welcome over 15,000 families to North Wales and Cumbria each year.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, sharing your knowledge of the local area, and ensuring that our guests have a great start to their holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a memorable experience.
  • Share your knowledge of the local area, recommending activities and attractions that our guests may enjoy.
  • Prepare welcome packs and make courtesy telephone calls to our guests to ensure that they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Process maintenance and repair requests, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our guests.
  • Perform other duties as required by your Manager.

We offer a competitive salary, plus discretionary commission payments on holiday bookings. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be valued and supported by our team.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be flexible and able to work weekends and some evenings, as well as be willing to work at one of our other parks from time to time.

Working Hours

8 hour shifts, with 1 weekend working day required.
