**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Team Lead at Radis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with other Team Leads to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including Support Plans, Risk Assessments, and MAR charts, is completed and updated regularly
  • Support Support Workers with direct care visits and monitoring checks, including medication competency and carer assessments
  • Participate in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Hold a minimum of 1 year's experience in the health and social care sector and currently hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 3

**Requirements:**

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work 5 hours per week, including morning and evening shifts, and alternate weekends
