About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the corporate accounting function, financial analysis and reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of annual financial budgets for the hotel division and related operations.
  • Participate in corporate audit, tax, and compliance related matters.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis & forecasting.
  • Participate in hotel projects and pre/post operational reviews, hotel management contract negotiations and reviews.
  • Champion hotel/corporate financial and operation systems.
  • Participate in the development of best practices for the Hotel Division related Finance Departments.
  • Establish, document and monitor financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate and handle risk management and insurance matters.
  • Handle ad hoc financial and non-financial projects.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business/Commerce discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in commercial accounting/internal controls/audit/tax.
  • Hotel operation and China/overseas working experience is a definite advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Oracle and business intelligence systems will be an advantage.
  • Good command of business writing and presentation.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
