Focus on Women’s Recovery
This position is specifically tailored to assist women throughout the region who face diverse and complex challenges. Our aim is to engage them in treatment related to substance use, fostering healthy relationships, and addressing mental and emotional well-being. We provide a trauma-informed service utilizing an outreach approach to ensure the necessary flexibility for maintaining engagement in treatment.
Collaboration and Networking
Our Recovery Workers play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to identify their aspirations and goals. You will work alongside them to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate their journey towards recovery. This role is vital within We Are With You, as you will ensure continuity of care through effective collaboration, care coordination, and the delivery of interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing quick connections and treating them with respect and dignity.
- Demonstrate compassion and motivation while building meaningful relationships.
- Utilize your experience in health, social care, or related fields, particularly with individuals facing substance misuse challenges.
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, effectively managing your time and contributing to a high-quality service.
