Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Business PartnerWe are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a CFO Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial guidance and support to clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions
- Work closely with our team of CFOs and Regional Directors to deliver exceptional client service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team
- Qualified from one of the UK's major chartered accounting institutes
- Proven experience as a CFO or FD, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
