Job Summary:
Pyvital is seeking a meticulous and organized HR Officer to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative processes across the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Administration processes, including onboarding, employment checks, contracts, payroll updates, and HR system maintenance.
- Ensure HR records and systems provide access to timely and accurate data, and that service standards are met.
- Maintain and adhere to HR Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and recommend changes as necessary.
- Prepare HR system data inputs and audits for the transition to a new HR system.
- Support the development of HR systems, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced HR department in a similar role.
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR systems).
- Flexible 'can do' attitude, with the ability to work proactively, use initiative, and offer solutions.
- A competitive salary within the stated range.
