Job Title: Night Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Nurse to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients during the night shift, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to NHS Scotland's data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
