About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Clinical Homecare Nurse. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, workplaces, or communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
  • Train patients to administer their own medication
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working in a homecare or community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel between patients throughout the day
