Job Description

Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team on an exciting new Defence project. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise in systems engineering to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement engineering activities to ensure clarity and feasibility.
  • Facilitate requirement working groups and record changes to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform systems engineering modeling using MBSE tools to drive project efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture models to ensure project visibility.
  • Manage requirements management systems to ensure traceability and accountability.
  • Foster communication with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Present complex concepts to various audiences to ensure project buy-in.
  • Lead verification and validation plan development to ensure project quality.
  • Collaborate with testing teams on test procedures to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in systems engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience in requirements capture and management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Competency in managing requirements systems.
  • Experience in developing verification and validation plans.
