Senior Architect Position

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join their diverse Architecture team in North London. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of architectural designs for mixed-use projects, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring designs adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine design concepts for mixed-use developments
- Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure designs meet sustainability standards and relevant codes
- Engage in client consultations and present design proposals
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in designing and managing mixed-use projects
- Strong Revit experience, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual and design skills with an ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and experience integrating them into projects
