Senior Architect Position

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in North London. As a well-established AJ100 firm, we are looking for a talented individual to work on a diverse range of projects across the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for mixed-use developments.
- Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Engage in client consultations, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mixed-use design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and managing mixed-use projects.
- Strong Revit experience is essential, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong conceptual and design skills with an ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and experience integrating them into projects.
- ARB Registration is preferred but not essential.
