Job Summary:

The Global Risk and Compliance Leader will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management and compliance program for Charlotte Tilbury. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a risk management framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for risk management and compliance
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management and compliance best practices
  • Monitor and report on risk and compliance metrics to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and ensure the company's compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
