About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker in Extra Care to join our team at our Darlington Extra Care service, Rosemary Court. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting adults with daily living tasks, such as medication assistance and domestic tasks
  • Assisting with accessing the community and promoting independence
  • Building relationships with service users and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional care and support
