Internal Communications Manager Hybrid

Our client, a leading international technology business, is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to cover a maternity leave in the team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (2-3 days in the City office).

About the Role

The successful candidate will join the Communications & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of IC, and work closely with stakeholders across the business, particularly the People Function. They will help plan and deliver effective communications across various channels, spanning business-as-usual and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and support business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create informative and engaging messaging, leveraging various channels and formats.
  • Work at pace and creatively to translate complex subject matter into clear and concise communications.
  • Provide expertise and support to the Communications & Marketing team, contributing to the development of effective communications plans.
