Electrical Engineering Lecturer Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our team at a leading Further Education College in North Yorkshire. As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to students studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners
  • Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey
  • Assess and evaluate student work to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Have substantial industry experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
