Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Store Standards: Ensure that our stores are maintained to the highest standards, providing a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for our customers.
- Performance Management: Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the store.
Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Operational Background: Strong operational background in a customer-facing environment, such as retail or consultative sales.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and coach for performance.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth.

- Competitive Salary: GBP 31,000 - GBP 34,000 per annum.
