As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching the store team to reach and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and compliance using our training tools. You'll also be responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and retaining the best talent for CT and your store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent for CT and your store
* Promote CT culture and values with your team
* Identify sales opportunities and generate corporate activity and new business
* Build strong relationships with peers and Head Office departments
* Make commercial decisions to support the store
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
* Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to maintain a long-term vision
* Highly commercial approach with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
