Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the UK and Ireland markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform marketing plans
  • Build and enhance the company's brand image and reputation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize return on investment
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and visibility
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control, providing regular budget updates and performance reports
  • Collect and analyze customer data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and improve customer experience, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the UK and Ireland markets
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives
