About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing long-term marketing plans, in line with regional sales and retention strategies.

The successful candidate will lead a team of two executives, coaching and developing their expertise across CRM platforms and other digital marketing tools. You will be responsible for creating, owning, delivering, and measuring marketing success to drive forward sales and customer retention in this key area for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing customers and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure alignment with regional sales and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term marketing plans, ensuring a ROI from all marketing activities.
  • Measure and report on marketing success, using data to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned B2B marketer with a positive mindset, a 'can-do' attitude, and a pragmatic, robust, and resilient approach. You must have experience in a marketing role delivering marketing within the B2B service sector and be naturally action-orientated and agile.

You will be commercially aware, able to identify critical business issues, and make independent suggestions for improvements. You will have a strong understanding of customer insight and be able to develop best-in-class campaigns based on insight and delivered in an integrated way.
