The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.Knowledge of community development principles and practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.What We Offer:The Highland Council offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career progression. Please note that this is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week. Salary will be between £23,000 and £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
