Winch Operator Role Overview

Bristow Helicopters UK Search & Rescue is seeking a qualified SAR Winch Operator for our Inverness SAR Base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for airborne and ground-based duties as a UK SAR Winch Operator, adhering to all relevant manuals and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with CAP 999 and Part-MED regulations.
2. Hold a valid class 2 medical and meet Level 4 English language proficiency.
3. One year's experience as a Winch Operator on a dedicated SAR unit.

Medical Experience and Qualifications:

1. Prehospital care experience is essential.
2. Ability to meet the Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine (PHEM) Skills Framework at Level E or F.
