We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team at Reflect Recruitment Group. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Company Directors and General Manager with various accountancy and general administration duties.
  • Provide data analysis and reports from bespoke software reports and Excel documents.
  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in the wider business.
  • Front line local audit and data accuracy checks.
  • Reconcile financial statements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as delegated, including postal duties, filing, and key holder responsibilities.
Essential Experience and Skills:
  • Experience working in a financial services environment with a strong knowledge of Double Entry, Bookkeeping, and Sage 50.
  • A high level of MS Office literacy, specifically of Excel and able to create pivot tables and formulas.
  • GCSE / Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Flexibility to be available to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, emails, and physical documents.
