We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisers at Ambitions Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare new business documentation and client review packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in producing and updating client portfolio valuations and reports, utilizing financial software and systems.
  • Work closely with advisors to interpret and communicate advice based on client circumstances, risk profile, and objectives.
  • Support advisors in preparing recommendations and suitability reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain literature and forms from providers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks, adhering to strict compliance protocols.
  • Pre-qualify and book appointments with advisers by contacting clients, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and progress, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Order and ensure up-to-date literature is available for advisers, supporting their ongoing professional development.
  • Stay updated with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes, applying knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisors and experience in an IFA/wealth background. Knowledge of tax or trust exposure would be beneficial.
