What Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching our Pupil Premium students in small groups and tutoring individual students, dependent on current need.
The ideal candidate will be patient, calm, and relaxed with an enthusiastic approach to learning. They will be confident in running stimulating, fun, and educational activities with children and able to build and encourage confidence in children, allowing them to lead their own learning when appropriate.
