Vestas is a leading company in the renewable energy industry, dedicated to the development, construction, installation, and maintenance of wind turbines worldwide. We are currently seeking several Warehouse Coordinators for our new spare-parts storage facility. If you possess a proactive attitude and a methodical approach to work, this role may be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, your primary duties will include:
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
  • Receiving, processing, and organizing all incoming shipments, as well as order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
  • Coordinating transport collections
  • Preparing Dangerous Goods Notes for the transport of hazardous materials
  • Creating Purchase Orders for office supplies and other materials
  • Conducting periodic cycle counts, annual stocktaking, and waste management tasks
Qualifications
  • Certification in Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift operation (Essential)
  • Proficiency in IT, including email, Word, and Excel (Essential)
  • Previous experience with SAP is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Familiarity with Dangerous Goods regulations (Desirable but not essential)
  • Health & Safety certifications, such as IOSH (Desirable but not essential)
