We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all non-clinical areas of the home, including Food & Beverage service, Culinary (Kitchen), housekeeping, activities, and front of house (Reception & Concierge).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee Food & Beverage service, Culinary (Kitchen), housekeeping, activities, and front of house (Reception & Concierge) to ensure a high-quality experience for residents and visitors.
- Build relationships with residents, champion their experience, and take on board their feedback and manage their expectations.
- Take the lead in resolving complaints and investigating incidents.
- Manage the home's budget and any costs associated with your teams, including provisions from external resources.
- Ensure your team has the right skills to meet the needs of the home, identifying and facilitating any training and development.
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards and setting out clear expectations of each team member.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally in healthcare, restaurants, or hotels.
- Industry-relevant qualifications.
- Local market knowledge.

What We Offer- Up to £49,000 per annum plus annual bonus.
