  • Reallocating vehicles from areas of low demand to those with higher demand and ensuring proper parking of vehicles.
  • Locating and retrieving vehicles that require transportation back to the maintenance facility.
  • Executing battery swap tasks in urban environments.
  • Ensuring the safe and compliant deployment of our vehicles while continuously assessing and gathering insights to enhance vehicle availability, parking, and overall rider safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Work schedule: Friday to Sunday, weekly.
  • Working hours: Night Shift (22:00-06:00).
  • Contract type: Fixed term for 6 months.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of a full UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor offenses and no major offenses, meeting the criteria for our e-Van insurance.
  • Thorough knowledge of your city and experience driving within it.
  • A responsible team player capable of managing tasks independently while also collaborating effectively.
  • Ability to inspire others and share expertise within the team.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, executing tasks efficiently and striving to meet team objectives.
  • Prepared to navigate your city in a van under various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (e.g., poor parking, traffic issues).
  • Physical capability to handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including potential night and weekend shifts.
  • Please note: A DBS Check may be required for this role.

WHY WORK WITH VOI?

  • Engage with Europe’s leading micromobility company and one of the fastest-growing scale-ups.
  • Make a tangible impact on our ongoing success and the evolution of the micromobility sector in the UK.
  • Collaborate with motivated and inspiring colleagues towards shared objectives.
  • Participate in the micromobility revolution, contributing to the creation of sustainable urban environments free from noise and pollution.
