Hours:
37.5 hours per week (to be scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday)
Salary:
Up to £26,198 per annum based on experience, current salary, and qualifications.
The successful candidate will oversee a caseload of corporate appointees for vulnerable individuals who require assistance in managing their finances and navigating DWP benefit applications.
Key responsibilities include maximizing benefit entitlements, facilitating clients' access to funds for everyday expenses, and providing expert advice on welfare rights and budgeting.
Additionally, the role involves delivering training sessions, creating helpful documentation, and occasionally traveling nationally to offer support and information to clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a corporate appointee, ensuring clients receive their full benefit entitlements, and managing benefit claims and appeals.
Administering clients' finances in a person-centered manner, including managing corporate bank accounts and pre-paid card systems.
Ensuring timely payment of bills and proper documentation of financial arrangements.
Regularly monitoring and reviewing appointeeships.
Providing guidance on welfare benefits and budgeting, promoting financial inclusion, and assisting staff with benefit claims and appeals.
Facilitating purchases through company client credit cards and maintaining precise financial records.
This role requires adherence to the values of Creative Support, maintaining accountability, and providing support to the Internal Audit Team as necessary.
