Position: Sales Executive for Commercial Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically identify, approach, and market General Insurance solutions to prospective clients, ensuring that offerings align with their long-term objectives while adhering to sales quality and regulatory standards, ultimately achieving personal and organizational goals.

Gather and assess pertinent customer data, including personal, business, and financial details, to conduct comprehensive assessments, provide insights, and suggest products and services that cater to their requirements within authorized limits.

Promote a comprehensive suite of offerings, encompassing financial services, risk management solutions, as well as various motor and personal insurance products.

Document and monitor interactions, prospects, and sales to optimize the conversion rate from leads to sales, while maintaining a thorough record of advice provided and accurate policy information.

Address daily inquiries, prepare for renewals, and engage in negotiations.

Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills to sell in a professional and compliant manner, ensuring a consistently positive experience for clients.


Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications at A-C grade, including Mathematics and English.

Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office applications.

Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

A valid UK driving license is essential due to the office's location.
