About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist people advice and guidance to key stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on pension software and administration.
  • Support the development and implementation of people processes and policies, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure effective recruitment and talent management practices.
  • Collaborate with our People and Talent Assistant to improve the use of our HRIMS system and automate administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a HR Advisor or similar, including recruitment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Keen on personal and professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
