Senior Drainage Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to join our Water and Environment North team at Waterman Aspen. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for our clients, applying and developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and assess drainage designs using industry-standard drainage modeling software (MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow)
  • Work with design teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with diverse multi-disciplined teams to produce deliverables to a high standard
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
  • Develop and build mutually beneficial external stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree qualification in Civil Engineering, geography, or equivalent
  • Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution such as CIWEM, ICE, APM, etc
  • Technical experience in UK drainage standards, including SuDS
  • Efficient use of AutoCAD and Civils3D
  • Successful track record in project and construction management
