About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Cost Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As an Asset Cost Manager, you will play a key part in the pre-construction process, ensuring that our clients' projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our pre-construction team to develop and manage project budgets
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations
  • Use CAD software to a basic standard to support project planning and management
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial acumen to ensure accurate cost estimation and management
  • Work from our offices near Tower Bridge for 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely as needed
