Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to lead and manage the Immunisation team at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the School Health Immunisation programme, including HPV, School Leaver Booster, Men ACWY, and flu programme within a defined area.
- Organise, coordinate, and deliver immunisation programmes as required by NHSE and other immunisation programmes by negotiation with commissioners.
- Oversee the delivery of the School Age Immunisation programme across designated boroughs.
- Plan, organise, and evaluate the immunisation programme, delegating to other members of the immunisation team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service.
- Monitor the quality of service provision, identifying areas for service and professional development and facilitate implementation.
- Promote effective teamwork across agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities.
