Remedy Recruitment Group is partnering with Bromley Council to find an experienced Interim Programme Manager to support adult social care during the winter months. The successful candidate will oversee the mobilisation of winter funding and support the system to meet seasonal demands and mitigate the impact on social care provision.

The programme will focus on deploying winter funding to increase capacity and meet need, while ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met. The post holder will also develop a live dashboard to monitor and manage winter capacity and demand, and identify system challenges to lead transformation and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage LBB winter funding to meet presenting needs and deliver maximum impact
  • Develop a winter capacity and demand live dashboard for system monitoring and management
  • Identify system challenges and lead transformation and change
  • Develop social care pathways to reduce pressures on acute based care

Requirements:

  • Experience in programme management and winter capacity development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and escalate solutions
