We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Hotel Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This position involves executing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to guarantee the efficient functioning of all hotel equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repair activities on the hotel's infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Responding swiftly to maintenance requests or emergencies and resolving them effectively.
  • Performing inspections to detect maintenance concerns and addressing them in a timely manner.
  • Keeping precise records of all maintenance tasks, expenditures, and materials utilized.
  • Supporting the implementation of preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality work within budget constraints.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted safely.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as required.
