Job Title: English Graduate - Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an English Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for English and a desire to work with young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Class Teacher in delivering lessons targeting all core areas of the national curriculum
  • Provide additional support to students with SEND/SEMH needs in interventions to target challenging areas of the English curriculum
  • Work in collaboration with a team of experienced English Teachers and other teaching professionals

Requirements:

  • English graduate with strong academics
  • Passion for English and desire to become an English Teacher
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Sufficient understanding of SEND/SEMH needs

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4pm, Term-Time only

Location:

Lambeth, with good transport links
