Russell Group University English Graduates Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Russell Group University English graduates to join our team as teaching assistants in secondary schools in Enfield. As a graduate support worker, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various abilities, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions and booster groups to students who require additional support
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a Russell Group university with a degree in any subject
  • No prior education experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training is desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK and an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate are mandatory
