Russell Group University English Graduates Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic English graduates to join our team as teaching assistants in secondary schools across Enfield. As a Russell Group University English Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all abilities, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your role will involve running intervention sessions and booster groups with pupils who require additional support, as well as being involved in running extracurricular activities. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education.

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a degree from a Russell Group university, have no previous education experience, and be willing to undergo safeguarding training. You will also need to provide two professional references and hold a valid DBS certificate.
