About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused HR & Payroll Administrator to join our growing team at Klickstarters. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for handling both HR admin and payroll tasks, ensuring everything is done quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update HR systems and process payroll changes
  • Manage employee benefits, including pensions and salary sacrifice
  • Prepare documents for employee processes, assist with probation reviews, and manage sickness records
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection rules

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of payroll laws and pension management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks
