Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with clients at different phases of their journeys, from planning installations and upgrades to cloud migrations and solution design.
You will be part of a larger project team, supported by our global SAP team and Centre of Excellence, working closely with partners, stakeholders, and various sectors of the Capgemini network.

Hybrid Work Environment

Your daily work locations will vary based on your role, personal needs, and business requirements, blending company offices, client sites, and remote work; please note that full-time remote work is not an option.

Your Responsibilities

We are collaborating with a client in the UK to implement the latest SAP technologies. This role offers a unique chance to work within one of the largest SAP practices in the UK, engaging with several leading companies. It presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement in SAP Security, working closely with both Capgemini and our client.

  • Provide leadership and consulting within SAP S/4HANA projects focusing on Security and Controls.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of security solutions within projects.
  • Conduct GRC configuration and utilize GRC tools for creating and maintaining security roles.
  • Collaborate with users from various functional and technical domains.
  • Participate in the design of SAP Architecture.
  • Foster strong and lasting client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP projects.
  • Ability to design and architect SAP Security solutions, including HANA, HCM, FIORI, BI, BPC, and Cloud environments.
  • Experience with GRC Access Control 10.1/12 implementation and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with GRC Process Control is advantageous.
  • Security expertise related to IAG and BTP is desirable.
  • Knowledge of IAM and SSO concepts is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for the latest technologies and processes in the market.
  • Capacity to inspire a shared vision among client and Capgemini teams.
  • A trusted advisor with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence.

Security Clearance Requirements

To be appointed to this role, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is essential.
To achieve SC clearance, the successful candidate must have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the past five years, along with meeting other criteria and requirements.
During the recruitment process, questions regarding your security clearance eligibility will be asked, including inquiries about your country of residence and nationality.
Some positions may be restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons, so you may be asked about your citizenship during the application process.
